Packaging Foam

Packaging foam is available in open cell and closed cell forms, both are ideal for shaping for camera, computer, brief and tool cases or protective packaging.

General packaging foam is polyurethane open cell foam. Packaging foam is dark grey in colour, firm in feel and crisp to make it ideal for shaping for general packaging applications. 

Plastazote is a closed cell cross-linked polyethylene foam. Plastazote is black in colour, hard and dense with a smooth surface finish making it ideally suited for presentation cases.

Both are non fire retardant and can be supplied in sheet form and cut to size. 

Cut to size foam ensures square and clean edges. Full sheets of foam may contain rough edges with small tears and are not guaranteed square .
