Orders by Fax and Email please don't supply payment details, we will contact you once we have received the order. |
| Question: How can I pay ? |
| Answer: Online with Pay Pal and all major credit and debit cards. By phone we accept all major debit and credit cards excluding Amex. By post by sending a cheque payable to 'SM FOAM LTD', please allow extra 5 working days for the cheque to clear. |
| Question: Once I have ordered what happens next? |
| Answer: Online orders will receive order confirmation by email. Orders will then be delivered within 2-4 days. Collection orders we will contact you to confirm a collection time, Phone and fax orders we will contact you to confirm an order number and a delivery or collection time. |
| Question: When will I receive my order ? |
| Answer: We aim to process and deliver all orders within 2-4 working days from time of order. During busy times this is not always possible and we will contact you to notify you of any delays. |
| Question: What areas do you deliver to? |
| Answer: Standard delivery rates cover all UK mainland areas. Surcharges will apply to the following areas: IV all postcodes KA 27 and 28 KW all postcodes PA 20 and PA 34 to 88 PH 19 to 50 TR 21 to 25 We are unable to deliver to the following areas: BT, GY, HS, IM, JE, ZE |
| Question: Can I visit ? |
| Answer: Yes we have a trade counter. Please see opening hours for times. |
| Question: Can I collect ? |
| Answer: Yes you can, when placing an order please select 'Collection' rather than 'shipping'. We will contact you to arrange a time when you can collect. Orders for collection we aim to get ready within 1-3 working days from order time. |

| Answer: we are open Monday 9.30 to 1.00 and 2.00 to 5.00 Tuesday 9.30 to 1.00 and 2.00 to 5.00 Wednesday closed Thursday 9.30 to 1.00 and 2.00 to 5.00 Friday 9.30 to 1.00 and 2.00 to 5.00 Saturday 9.30 to 12.30 |
| Question: What is cut to size foam ? |
| Answer: Cut to size foam is cut to your individual requirements (within tolerance +/- 4mm) and guaranteed cut square with clean edges. |
| Question: What is sheet foam? |
| Answer: Sheet foam is a single cut for the foam block. Foam sheets are not guaranteed square and will have rough edges and may can contain small rips on the edges. |
| Question: Why has my foam changed colour? |
| Answer: Open cell foam is not UV protected and will change colour when exposed to sunlight. Colour variations can also occur during manufacture. The change in colour does not affect the quality of the foam. |
| Question: Can I return my order? |
| Answer: Cut to size foam is produced to your specific requirements, we are unable to exchange or refund 'cut to size' foam unless the order supplied is cut incorrectly. Upholstery sunderies and sheet foam orders can be cancelled by giving written notification of cancellation within 7 days from date of collection/delivery. On cancellation you must return the goods to us in a saleable condition and at your costs. |
