Payment is required at time of order unless agreed otherwise with us.
Prices are inclusive of VAT and correct at time of print and subject to
change without notice.
We aim to hold stock for all orders however at
our discretion we may substitute a product or refund money if out of stock.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.
Please note
full sheets of foam are not trimmed square they may contain a crust or hard edge
along with small cuts on some of the edges.
Sheet sizes are approximate
and can vary by 2" in length and width.
All our foam is to latest fire
regulations unless specified or requested otherwise .
On delivery a
valid signature will be required unless you request otherwise and title in the
goods will pass to you. In the event of non/late delivery you must notify us
immediately. We aim to despatch all orders within 3 days of order but cannot
guarantee this.
You may cancel your order by giving written notification
of cancellation within 7 days from date of collection/delivery. On cancellation
you must return the goods to us in a saleable condition and at your costs.
We cannot be held responsible for delay in supply or delivery of goods
caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Standard delivery is not a
guaranteed service, for time specific POA.
Postcodes classed as Scottish
Highlands PH, PA, IV and KW are non standard delivery rates and will incur
surcharges.
Non standard delivery rates will be confirmed with you
before the order is processed.
Parcels are required to be opened and
unwrapped within 12 hours of delivery.
If foam is rolled, open parcel
carefully, unroll the item and lay flat as required.
We accept no
responsibility for the condition of the foam if left wrapped or unopened for
longer than 12 hours from the time of delivery
